Amir received his PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and did his postdoctoral work at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He then worked as a Senior and Principal Scientist at Domicell and Vita Therapeutics, transitioning to Scientific Operations at Vita before founding Ambryon.   1. Read the following
    1. Pick an Ambryon technology blog of your choice. The blogs cover base editors, AAVs, and CRISPR for gene therapy.
    2. Scroll through Amir’s Google Scholar page and look through publication titles, clicking on one title/topic of interest to read a description/abstract of the paper.
    3. Read snapshot of Amir’s proposal with Domicell about stem cell bioreactors to support stem cell therapies.
  2. Post three questions you could ask in the Discussion Forum at https://help.c-moor.org/c/10
    1. Science – What scientific question do you have about Amir’s research and development work, ranging from basic background questions to possible next steps?
    2. Method – What methods would you like Amir’s insight on, whether computational, genomics, AI, gene therapy, or other exciting technologies?
    3. Career – What advice would you ask Amir regarding how to get started, finding a mentor, etc.?
